導(dǎo)軌的分類 ：
滑動導(dǎo)軌 兩導(dǎo)軌面間的摩擦性質(zhì)是滑動摩擦，大多處于邊界摩擦或混合摩擦的狀態(tài)?；瑒訉?dǎo)軌結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，接觸剛度高，阻尼大和抗振性好，但起動摩擦力大，低速運動時易爬行，摩擦表面易磨損。為提高導(dǎo)軌的耐磨性，可采用耐磨鑄鐵，或把鑄鐵導(dǎo)軌表層淬硬，或采用鑲裝的淬硬鋼導(dǎo)軌。塑料貼面導(dǎo)軌基本上能克服鑄鐵滑動導(dǎo)軌的上述缺點，使滑動導(dǎo)軌的應(yīng)用得到了新的發(fā)展。
靜壓導(dǎo)軌 在相配的兩導(dǎo)軌面間通入壓力油或壓縮空氣，經(jīng)過節(jié)流器后形成定壓的油膜或氣膜，將運動部件略為浮起。兩導(dǎo)軌面因不直接接觸，摩擦系數(shù)很小，運動平穩(wěn)。靜壓導(dǎo)軌需要一套供油或供氣系統(tǒng)，主要用于精密機床、坐標(biāo)測量機和大型機床上。
滾動導(dǎo)軌 相配的兩導(dǎo)軌面間有滾珠、滾柱、滾針或滾動導(dǎo)軌塊的導(dǎo)軌。這種導(dǎo)軌摩擦系數(shù)小，不易出現(xiàn)爬行，而且耐磨性好，缺點是結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜和抗振性差。滾動導(dǎo)軌常用于高精度機床、數(shù)字控制機床和要求實現(xiàn)微量進給的機床中。
卸荷導(dǎo)軌和復(fù)合導(dǎo)軌 卸荷導(dǎo)軌是利用機械或液壓的方式減小導(dǎo)軌面間的壓力,但不使運動部件浮起,因而既能保持滑動導(dǎo)軌的優(yōu)點，又能減小摩擦力和磨損。復(fù)合導(dǎo)軌是導(dǎo)軌的主要支承面采用滾動導(dǎo)軌，而主要導(dǎo)向面采用滑動導(dǎo)軌。
